  • What happens if the user cannot access the platform?

    If it is a new client, make sure they made their registration through the invitation email. Tell them to verify their spam or junk email folder. It is possible that the invitation went directly there.

    If the client already has an account or has been using the tool for some time, suggest him to eliminate the cookies on his browser and reset the password using the “Forgot your password” button in the access page. Ask them to follow the steps to reset their password.

    If they still have problems, ask the client to contact the D&B Hoovers Customer Service Team.
